We schedule our mobile pet grooming appointments to accommodate our clients needs and schedules, therefore we ask that valuable time be treated with consideration

Waggin’ Wagon mobile pet grooming implements a cancellation and missed appointment fee for all clients. A charge equal to 50% of the service will apply when 24 hours notice is not provided.

Waggin’ Wagon understands that it is sometimes difficult to provide 24 hours notice before cancelling and will make some exceptions at our discretion.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction with our mobile pet grooming work is important as well so we will consult with you beforehand to discuss what your expectations are, what is best for your pet, lifestyle, breed, type of coat, condition  and budget.  We will offer our expert opinion and best advice with regard to your pet’s comfort level, our abilities and reasonable pricing to make your experience memorable.

Special Care needs

We’re happy to consider your pet’s special needs, will offer the gentle care needed by your elderly or physically disabled pets and nurture and reassure your insecure puppies or kittens.  We may, however require a veterinary release for extremely geriatric, terminally ill or disabled pets.

We do reserve the right to refuse to service with our mobile pet grooming to unhealthy, unruly or aggressive pets.  Further, we will not allow pets that appear to be sick or are infested with fleas, ticks or other parasites.
